David Cosentino
Chef, and Owner/Operator MillCos Hospitality Group, LLC.
Long time restaurateur and Chef David Cosentino owned and operated several Northeast Ohio eateries including Chag-Town Café of Chagrin Falls, Cosentino Catering, Cosentino Pizza Café and others. He opened his first restaurant in 1991 and has been serving the local area ever since with authentic Italian cuisine. David’s inspiration came from his grandfather and father who passed down their tradition of Italian cooking and the love for food. David’s excited about his new partnership with Evalyn Naylor to create MillCos Hospitality Group, LLC. The creation of MillCos came to life inspired by the authenticity of an Italian kitchen, offering “home style” dishes that are supremely delicious. Our mission is to leave the community a better place through providing jobs, local philanthropy, and bringing joy with great food! We are looking forward to sharing our passion for food with you. Evalyn Naylor
Owner/Operator MillCos Hospitality Group, LLC.
Evalyn has experience in accounting and customer relations. In her role with MillCos Hospitality, she will be the main point of contact for a customer via social media, email, telephone or in person.
